Please make the subject line of your email 'Order Cancelation', and include your order number in your message body, our team will respond as soon as we can.

For refunds on damaged or missing goods please contact within one week of receiving the package. Please include photographic proof of damage or missing product, our team will reach out to you as soon as we can to refund your order.
After products are shipped we cannot resend bundles and can only refund faulty orders.
